Orange is a free data-mining tool from the University of Ljubljana in which you build analysis workflows by connecting widgets, with no code needed. It covers visualisation, classification, clustering and text mining.

Who it suits

  • People who'd rather not write code: Orange's site describes it as visual programming with “No coding needed”.
  • Teaching: it has widgets “especially designed for teaching”.
